- This interactive meditation will allow participant to reflect, connect and create the 2024 desired and beyond.
Rhythmic Breath Experiences
- Participants will experience various levels of breathwork to elicit a journey of relaxation, energization, & heightened states of awareness through each of the sessions.
Free Flowing Meditation Experience
- Participants will experience a meditative journey from a place of heightened awareness, rooting in the work cultivated throughout the seminar.
